You say that you don’t know how I take my coffee in the mornings. But if you know me, you would know that I don’t actually drink coffee.
You say that you know how I feel. But you will never understand the battles that I have fought – long and hard – to get to where I am today.
And the funny thing is this – that people always seem to think that they know you, just because they see one side of you. But you can decide who to let into your world and who should stay at a safe distance. For when people claim to know you, and who you are but in reality know nothing, it just means that they are the individuals meant for the zone outside of your circle. And for the sake of your sanity and mental well-being, keep them there. Not every person should be allowed to wander deep into your thoughts and to go through the motions of life with you.
They don’t know you. They don’t deserve to have the privilege of knowing you.
